The P21 Cloud Migration
Deadline Is Real
Epicor is ending on-premises P21. This isn't a rumor -- it's a published timeline. Every distributor running P21 on-prem needs a migration plan, and the window to prepare is narrowing.
Classic UI Retirement
Kinetic 2026.1 discontinues the Classic UI. Browser-based interface becomes mandatory.
Final On-Prem Release
P21 2028.1 is the last on-premises feature release. No new functionality after this.
Active Support Ends
On-premises P21 loses active support. All customers must be on cloud.
